After you're safe

Once the immediate danger has been handled by emergency services or your utility, send a Pix2Fixed request for the repair and restoration work. Mark it as urgent and add photos so a professional can prepare the right parts.

Response times

Pix2Fixed requests are reviewed by our team during business hours. We do not guarantee same-day or overnight attendance, and no arrival time is confirmed until you see it on the job.
