Pix2Fixed coordinates home repair work: it collects your request, matches a professional, produces itemized estimates, handles material approval, tracks the visit and processes payment. Work is performed by the assigned professional.

Prices shown on the site are estimated labor ranges for standard or minor repairs. Materials, permits, diagnostics and major replacements may cost additional amounts. You receive an itemized estimate to approve before work begins, and additional materials require a further approval.

• Describe the problem accurately and provide safe access at the agreed time.
• Approve estimates and material lists before work proceeds.
• Tell us promptly if something about the work is wrong.

Where the law requires a licensed contractor or a permit, the job is assigned to a professional with a verified, current license. Pix2Fixed may decline or reassign work that cannot be performed lawfully.

Payment is due after the work is marked complete, based on the approved labor, approved materials, any applicable service fee and any discount applied. Receipts are available in your account.

You may cancel a job before the visit. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations, as set out in the cancellation and refund policy.

Reviews must describe your own experience. We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or unrelated to the job.

Pix2Fixed is not an emergency service. For a gas leak, fire, flooding, exposed electrical hazard or any immediate danger, contact 911, your utility provider or the appropriate emergency service.

To the extent permitted by law, Pix2Fixed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
