We use your information to match you with a suitable professional, produce estimates, source materials, schedule and complete the work, handle billing, and support you if something goes wrong.

Your address and access notes stay private until a professional is assigned to your job. Our administrators can see job records for support, quality control and dispute resolution.

Job photos are stored in a private bucket and are only viewable by you, the assigned professional and our administrators through time-limited links.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the assigned professional, our service providers (hosting, authentication, payment processing) and where required by law.

We keep job and billing records as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support; records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons are kept in a minimized form.

You can review and update your profile and addresses at any time in your account, and ask support for a copy of your data.
